July 31: Call for Speakers for OPA Innovation Summit - Midyear Reimagined
Are you passionate about advancing the pharmacy profession? Do you have clinical insights, research, or innovative practices that could benefit your peers? OPA is seeking concise, practice-focused presentations that demonstrate how pharmacy professionals are implementing innovative services, solving clinical challenges, or improving patient care outcomes. We invite you to become a speaker at our 2026 OPA Innovation Midyear Meeting scheduled for Friday, November 6 at Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio. Selected speakers will present a 15-minute case-based or proof-of-concept session with a strong emphasis on practical application and replicability. Your proposed session must fit into one of the presentation themes described below.
We are seeking concise, practice-focused presentations that demonstrate how pharmacists are implementing innovative services, solving clinical challenges, or improving patient care outcomes. Selected speakers will present a 15-minute case-based or proof-of-concept session with a strong emphasis on practical application and replicability. Your proposed session must fit into one of the presentation themes described below.
Presentation Themes:
1. Specialty Pharmacy Care
Focus on pharmacist-led care for specialty therapies in all practice settings.
2. Remote Physiologic Monitoring/ Artificial Intelligence
Demonstrate how RPM or AI is being implemented in practice. Highlight workflows, patient selection, reimbursement strategies, and clinical impact.
3. Social Determinants of Health
Showcase initiatives that identify and address barriers to care. Emphasis should be placed on interventions that are feasible, sustainable, and adaptable across settings.
4. Clinical Guidelines 2026 Update
Describe clinical pearls related to any recently updated clinical guidelines in all settings.
