Dan Krinsky takes office as Ohio Pharmacists Association Trustee

The Ohio Pharmacists Association (OPA) announced that Dan Krinsky, R.Ph., M.S. of Stow, Ohio, was installed as Trustee representing District 11 at its 140th Annual Conference held April 20-22 in Columbus.

Krinsky is a graduate of The University of Toledo, where he received his B.S. in Pharmacy in 1981 and M.S. in Hospital Pharmacy in 1984. He currently practices as manager of MTM Services for Giant Eagle Pharmacy in Ravenna, OH. Krinsky is also an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice in Northeast Ohio Medical University College of Pharmacy, and is actively involved in OPA’s Legal & Regulatory and Medication Therapy Management Committees.

“We are pleased to have Dan Krinsky on our Association’s Board of Trustees. He has been a valued member of the organization and the pharmacy community for many years, and we look forward to working with him as a Trustee,” said Ernest Boyd, OPA Executive Director.

OPA, established in 1879, represents more than 4,000 pharmacists, pharmacy educators, and pharmacy students throughout the state. It is OPA’s mission to unite the profession of pharmacy and encourage interprofessional relations, while promoting public health through education, discussion, and legislation.
