About the Opportunity:
At Family Health Services, we’re dedicated to improving access to high-quality, affordable healthcare for our community. Our in-house 340B pharmacy located within a Federally Qualified Health Center plays an essential role in supporting patient outcomes through collaborative, team-based care. We are currently seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. This role offers flexibility with no evenings, Sundays, or holidays, and provides the opportunity to make a significant impact in underserved populations. Key Responsibilities: Dispense prescription medications in compliance with federal, state, and 340B regulations Provide patient counseling focused on adherence, access, and culturally competent care Ensure 340B program compliance through accurate documentation and inventory practices Collaborate with providers, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize medication therapy Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure efficient workflow Maintain compliance with all pharmacy policies and procedures Qualifications: PharmD or R. Ph from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy Active Ohio pharmacist license (in good standing) Experience in ambulatory care, community health, or FQHC pharmacy preferred Familiarity with 340B pharmacy operations is highly preferred Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care Why Family Health Services?
