The Pharmacy Manager reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy and plays a vital leadership role within the department. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and coordinating the distribution of medications and supplies in alignment with departmental policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Current Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
Previous experience in hospital pharmacy and leadership roles strongly preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, implement initiatives, and maintain quality standards
