Jeff Steckman takes office as Ohio Pharmacists Association Trustee
The Ohio Pharmacists Association (OPA) announced that Jeff Steckman, R.Ph., PharmD of New Albany, Ohio, was installed as Trustee representing District 9 at its 140th Annual Conference held April 20-22 in Columbus.
Steckman is a 2007 graduate of the The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. He currently works as the Price and Cost Strategy Manager for Kroger Health. Steckman has been an involved OPA member for the past 10 years and serves as the Chair of OPA’s Member Services & Development Committee.
“We are pleased to have Jeff Steckman on our Association’s Board of Trustees. He has been a valued member of the organization and the pharmacy community for many years, and we look forward to continuing to work with him as a Trustee,” said Ernest Boyd, OPA Executive Director.
OPA, established in 1879, represents more than 4,000 pharmacists, pharmacy educators, and pharmacy students throughout the state. It is OPA’s mission to unite the profession of pharmacy and encourage interprofessional relations, while promoting public health through education, discussion, and legislation.
