Perceptions of Quality and Value in Pharmacy Professional Organizations

The Ohio Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (OSHP) in collaboration with The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy is conducting a survey sponsored by The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. The survey is aimed at determining where significant gaps lie between the services currently provided by State and Local Chapters of ASHP Organizations and the services desired by the members of these organizations. The results of the survey will be used to better match the desires of members to the services provided by the organizations, thus increasing both membership and pharmacist retention in professional organizations. The research consists of an initial survey instrument mailed in December 2000, followed by a postcard reminder and second mailing in January 2001. If you receive a survey, please take the time to complete it thoroughly and return it in the provided postage paid envelope in a timely fashion.
